Each week you are deeply supported inside our weekly group coaching calls (via Zoom) These calls are recorded so if you can't make it one or some weeks you can listen back later on. You'll receive 1:1 support in a group setting, and myself and your fellow TFP ladies will fully hold space for you, as will you for them. We will go deep into the soul & mindset work that needs to happen for you to evolve into into the person you need to become to embrace and maintain your forever plan. From here the strategy (what to do, what to eat etc.) then becomes the easy & effortless part) WARNING: You will learn things you've never learned before about true health and weight loss success, and you WILL evolve ;)
I speak to each woman who joins the programme to ensure I carefully create a group of like-minded and conscious women who are ready and open to learn, grow, evolve. The women in your intimate group will become a powerful and supportive network of like-minded women cheering each other on. The Facebook group is there for you to receive real time support, share whatever is coming up for you whether a challenge or a celebration, and connect daily with me and your fellow TFP sisterhood in between the weekly calls.
I provide you with the strategy and coach and guide you through it all over our 16 weeks together, but this is also an journey of educational empowerment, because knowledge is power. I break down for you simply and easily the various pillars of all things vibrant health, happiness, and weight loss that stays lost, inside the curriculum. Laying out brick by brick all the foundations for transforming your health and your weight issues for life. It’s like getting your certification in how to look after your body, everyday, for life, for the best outcomes both physically and mentally ;)

Meet Francesca
I’m so happy you've come by :) I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist who empowers women to transform their mindset, nutrition and lifestyle habits, for good, for vibrant health, more happiness, and weight loss that stays lost.

I'm SO passionate about what I do and why I do it, and I'm grateful that I get to help women in the way that I do. 

I do it because I KNOW first hand how good it feels to 
finally find your (permanent) way when it comes to managing your weight and wanting to FEEL great physically too.

My biggest hope for you is to create a mindset that sets you up for long term vibrant health, ideal weight, and happiness, and form permanent nutrition and lifestyle habits that align with everything that you want for yourself.

Healthy habits that allow you to truly experience all day energy, a positive and empowering mindset, and a healthy body shape and size, effortlessly and enjoyably. 

And from here you can better and positively impact and serve, not just yourself, but the people around you in your life.
