"I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for when I found Francesca, but I knew what I wasn’t looking for.   •  Once I’ve paid/signed up what happens next? You will receive an email from me confirming your place in the programme, which will also tell you how to join the private Facebook group and the membership site (the programme content). The membership site is where you will find all the audios, videos and pdf cheat sheets and worksheets plus recourses like recipes. The weekly group calls are hosted via video using a piece of software called Zoom, all you need to be able to join these calls (from your smart phone or computer) is the url link which you will be provided with, its as simple as that!  
  •  How long will the programme last?  The programme runs across 24 weeks in total, with each module phase lasting 4 weeks. In this time there will be 22 weekly calls. You can move through the modules phases your own pace and I will guide you and your fellow ladies the through the programme group, via the weekly calls and Facebook group; keeping you accountable, supported, and motivated.  
  •  Will I still be able to access the resources after the programme ends? Yes, you will have access to the membership site as long as it is active. 
  •  What if I cannot start straight away or will be on away/on holiday at some point/s during the programme?  Holidays and or business trips etc. are part of normal life and this programme is teaching you your ‘forever plan’ and therefore you can still work through the module, practice your learning’s and advice, and join the calls/listen to the recordings from your holiday. If you do miss a week there you will have plenty of time to catch up and carry on. This programme is about lifestyle and nutrition habits for life, not restriction, overwhelm or rules. 
  •  What time will the bi-monthly group calls take place? Monday evening at 7.30pm and/or Saturday or Sunday at 10am.  
  •  How long do the calls last? The call will last as long as they need to, nothing is set, but usually it’s anywhere from 60 minutes to 120 minutes, it really depends!
  •  What if I cannot make the live call? All of the calls are recorded and uploaded into the Facebook group the next day for those who missed it live.
  •  How do the calls work/what’s the format? Each of us will be on camera as if we are sitting around a virtual table, I will go around the ‘room’ so that you will all have a chance to speak about your week, your wins, and any struggles or challenges you might be having plus any questions you may have. Other ladies on the call are free to chip in if they would like to, its informal but I do ensure that everyone is addressed and there is some sort of order.
